Every writer has faced setbacks at some
point. In fact, it may be fair to say that the most successful
writers have faced more setbacks than most. Generally, people in any
profession face a fair number of obstacles and get through a lot of
failures before they reach to their goal.
People who succeed do so after
persevering, pushing forward despite the mental and emotional
challenges they had to deal with whenever they experienced failure.
Handling setbacks as a writer involves looking at the challenges and
determining what is working and where we might make changes to get
even better results.
How about you? Have you faced
challenges as a writer? How have you overcome them?
